EAST TITULIA | Former President Hock decided to use his new spare time by establishing a local pawn shop, which offers something “extra”. The Former President’s pawn shop also has “sexcations”, which seem to be either an escort system or prostitution. There is currently no law making the practice illegal in Titulia.
